A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 28, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Brian Stieg, at BStieg@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date:  May 11, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
