Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Rose Hill Manor Stream Restoration . Please refer to IFB #25-683-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A non-mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST .  Register with the buyer, Brian Stieg , at Bstieg@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date:  September 04, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
