Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Point of Rocks Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Improvements (No. 032B-S) . Please refer to IFB #25-469-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date:  October 14, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
