Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing New Design Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Sludge Thickener No. 2 ( No. 026P-W). Please refer to IFB #25-839-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 398 261 075# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  October 16, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
