Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Clover Hill Stream Restoration Phase II. Please refer to IFB #25-399-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST (Register with the buyer, Justin Hedges, at JHedges@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link.  Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 160 675 91# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  April 17, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST.  Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud over a conference call line.  Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login: 7070570# and you will be conferenced in.
