26-177-CP Citizens HVAC Equipment Upgrade

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Citizens HVAC Equipment Upgrade. Please refer to IFB #26-177-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 24-2025, 2025, at 1:30 PM EST .  Register with the buyer, Brian Stieg, at Bstieg@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 663 169 500# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  October 23, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#
