IFB#22-00044 - COVID-19 Staff Vaccination Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, supplies, equipment, licenses, permits, transportation and every other item of expense, with the exception of the vaccines and items defined as CDCR/CCHCS responsibility as listed in Exhibit A-1, Detailed Scope of Work, as necessary to provide the administration and storage of COVID-19 vaccines for CDCR/CCHCS healthcare and custody staff at institutions/facilities listed in Exhibit A-2 ¿ List of Participating Worksites. Upon mutual agreement between the Contractor and CDCR/CCHCS, and written approval from the CDCR/CCHCS Contract Manager, services can be performed at additional CDCR/CCHCS locations. Services performed at additional CDCR/CCHCS locations may require minor logistical changes, which must be mutually agreed upon and documented in the written approval from the CDCR/CCHCS Contract Manager. The Contractor shall provide COVID-19 vaccinations as directed by the CDCR/CCHCS Occupational Health Coordinator (OHC)/Worksite Liaison or designee. The vaccinations for CDCR/CCHCS staff are voluntary.
