IFB-25-25 Compost Facility Asphalt Pad Repair

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors to repair the asphalt at the Bentonville Wastewater Treatment Facility, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials and performing the necessary work to be done in the repair, installation, and removal of damaged asphalt. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the removal and disposal of damaged asphalt and sub-base of an area 240’ x 100’ and installation of 24” of flowable fill, 8” of aggregate base, and 3” of surface asphalt, for the City of Bentonville Waste Department. All necessary work, materials, and every item of construction shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City in the IFB-25-25 Bidding Documents, for the City of Bentonville Waste Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, located at Bentonville Wastewater Treatment Facility at 2000 NW A St. Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM sharp.
