Pre Bid Site Visit: It is strongly urged that prospective bidders attend a Pre-Bid Site Visit that will take place on September 4, 2025 @ 9:00 AM.  Interested Contractors should meet at 9-11 Colwell Avenue, Lowell, MA.  Due to the emergent nature of this project, important information will be discussed that will directly impact the understanding of this project, so for those who cannot attend in person, we suggest you participate via Zoom:
