The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of security cameras and related equipment at 1-11 Colwell Avenue and 25-35 Temple Street.
A Pre-Bid Site Visit will take place on August 6, 2026 @ 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are invited to meet at 1-11 Colwell Avenue, Lowell, MA.
