City goals for the project include improving the maintenance of the pond facilities and reducing the flooding at the outfall of the site. This includes constructing a wet forebay at the main inflow, enlarged principal spillway pipes between the ponds, walkable concrete emergency spillways, and native plants in the pond footprints and in the buffers adjacent to the ponds. Approximately 3.64 acres will be disturbed with this plan.
