IFB-26-42 Code Enforcement Mowing Contract

Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and all other items as necessary to perform the code compliance mowing and brush hogging, and debris removal services, as needed and as specified, within Bentonville City limits.

A service call shall be defined as the mowing or brush hogging of a code violation location. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of service calls per contract term. Bidders are responsible for making themselves familiar with the Scope of Work prior to submitting a Bid.

Each service call will include all services that are industry standard when performing code compliance mowing and brush- hogging, and debris removal services, including but not limited to the edging of grass, litter/yard waste removal, weed-eating, blowing off debris or clippings from sidewalks/surfaces to present a neat and orderly appearance, removal of excessive lawn clippings, and removal of loose limbs and leaves from the site(s}.
