IFB 25-037 - Clothing Supplies

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide clothing items for use in the facility’s Community Store. The Community Store supplies clothing and other apparel essentials to residents on an as-needed basis. The requested items are listed in the Attachment D – Bid Quote Sheet.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday December 4th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday, December 11th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, December 18th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
