Description:

The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from General Contractors for the replacement of a fire pump at City View Towers.  The Project consists of a “turn-key” Project, which shall include the fire pump, fittings, piping, valves, sensors, all electrical and other subcontractors, and including all permits, fees, submittals, installation, acceptance testing and final approvals.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit will take place on April 2, 2026 @ 10:00 AM.  Interested bidders are invited to meet at 657 Merrimack/350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA.
