IFB 25-2494 CENTER CORE LANDSCAPING

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install new hardscape and landscape plantings in the Center Core Plaza. The plaza is located west of the terminal and between the north and south garages, as shown on the plans. New hardscapes will include storm drainage improvements, concrete walks, paver walks, site lighting, site furnishings, and infrastructure for future EV charging stations. The new landscape will include plantings, mulch, turf, and an automatic irrigation system integrated with the airport-wide irrigation system. Work will include, but is not limited to, all demolition, storm drainage improvements, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, and temporary facilities required to complete the project.All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, approved Henrico County submittal documents, and local, state, and federal codes.
