  • Summary:The County is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide the installation of a Self-Serve Fueling Station at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport in Midland, Virginia.

    The Owner will conduct an optional pre-bid conference for this project, which will commence at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2025 at the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport Conference Room, located at 1533 Iris Trail Midland, Virginia 22728. While attendance at this pre-bid conference is not required in order to submit a bid for this project, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend; attendees will signify their attendance on the sign-in sheet which will be distributed with any Addendum issued. Procurement will issue an Addendum to the IFB to document any changes to the solicitation as a result of this pre-bid conference.
