IFB: Burt Springs Fence project

Project Description: Provide all personnel, materials, equipment, fuel, supervision and quality control,
required for the installation of approx. 635 linear feet of commercial grade 6-foot
ornamental steel fencing, and 670 linear feet of 6-foot black polymer coated chain-link
fence (including driving/drilling post holes, and setting posts) around the perimeter of the
Burt Springs collection area. The project will also include the installation of a single 16-
foot wide ornamental steel swing gate and a 24-foot wide black polymer coated chain-link
double swing gate (12-foot each gate) and 670 linear feet of 2-foot mow strip.

***A pre-bid conference will be held on June 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM in-person on site at Burt
Springs. We will meet at the dirt parking lot located at the southeast corner of 2900 East and
Canyon Rd, Springville, UT.
Bidders intending to submit a bid are encouraged to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project.
