Sealed Bids for the construction of the Buffalo Water Tank Rehabilitation will be received, by the Town of Christiansburg at the office of the Procurement Officer at 100 East Main Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073, until 3:00 pm local time on June 17, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of rehabilitation of a 1.5 MG ground water storage tank, including structural roof repairs, ventilation improvements, addition of a new 36รข manhole, repainting, valve replacement, addition of a mixing system, and all associated appurtenances. A deductive alternate consists of the use of an alternative paint system for interior repainting. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
