1. Are Library Books, Periodicals and Subscriptions are included in this bid?
Answer: No. They are included in IFB081826BSA Library Books and Other
Audiovisual Materials.
2. Can the bid be submitted via ESchoolMall? Or is Mail in the only submission method?
Answer: ESchoolMall is no longer utilized by the District. Please mail in the
submissions or have them delivered to 160 Green Rogers Sr. Street ˑ Room 126 ˑ
Memphis, TN 38112 (formerly known as 160 S Hollywood Street Memphis, TN
38112).
3. We wanted to inquire if this replaces Bid# 2353BS?
Answer: Yes. This will replace Bid 2353BS.
4. We are submitting a question regarding IFB # 081826BS, MSCS Library Supplies &
Materials. If we submit a response that does not include freight charges (FOB), will we
be disqualified?
Answer: No
