Contractor agrees to provide all labor, equipment, parts, materials, janitorial cleaning supplies, tools, travel, and any incidentals necessary to perform bi-annual cleaning of carpets, hard floors, showers, and restroom floors for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 4 Building located at 111 Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA 94612 on floors from the basement to 15th floor, excluding 3rd through 5th floors.
