IFB BHGS-25-04 Calibration Services

The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS) is inviting responses from qualified, certified vendors to provide calibration and maintenance services, including the tools and labor necessary, for the listed gas meters, Weight Sets, Equipment, Rulers and Measuring Devices, Environmental Chamber, Hygrothermographs and Balances referenced in the Scope of Work and Cost Sheet.

The specific calibration and maintenance services for each of the items above are identified in the attached Scope of Work.
The Bureau will consider offers from bidders who:

1.        Meet the minimum qualifications as indicated in Article IV. Minimum Qualifications for Bidders.
2.        Can assist the Bureau in meeting its goals and objectives as indicated in the attached scope of work.
3.        Will maintain confidentiality of the data and reports.
