IFB #25-009B HMTC Exterior Site Improvements at the PVTA Holyoke Multimodal Transportation Center located at 206 Maple Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Concrete pavement repairs and miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to replacing bollards, installing backs on benches, replacing jersey barriers and reconstructing a retaining wall. Contractor will coordinate with PVTA, cooperate with PVTA operations and maintenance personnel, PVTA’s on-site construction representatives and agents for this Contract.
