Summary:Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Festival Hall - Food Court Renovation, JAMES MADISON UNIVERSITY, Harrisonburg, VA. Renovation of the Festival Hall-Food Court located on the campus of James Madison University. Note that this project is not a complete renovation of the Festival. The contractor is responsible for making themselves familiar with the site and scope of work for this project prior to bidding the project. It is critical that the contractor has a clear understanding as to which sections of the building will be renovated and which sections will remain in their existing conditions.
