The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”) on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the rehabilitation and replacement of combined sewer overflow regulators (the “Project”).

The services required generally include site work, mechanical work, and other specialized work. Specifically, the City will require installation of new rails and hatches, pavement cutting and restoration, excavation, shoring, concrete and brick surface repairs, maintenance of traffic, utility connections, and erosion and sediment controls (the “Work”).
