Summary

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general construction contracting services for the CSO-005 Regulator Project (the “Project”). The Project will entail replacing an obsolete CSO flow regulator with a new, underground solids and floatables control regulator structure pursuant to the Statement of Work below (the “Work”).

Background

The City needs to replace the outdated CSO flow regulator with a new control regulator as part of an effort to significantly reduce combined sewer system overflow volume and frequency at the CSO-005 outfall location.
