Invitation for Bid: Air Filtration System – Carpentry Shop

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West  St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until: 11:00 A.M. July 2, 2026 and at that time and place will be opened and recorded.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Leominster School Department may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.  Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

There is a Pre-bid walk through at the CTEI location at 122 Granite Street Leominster on Monday June 22, 2026 at 9:00AM. Contractors are encouraged to attend.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
