The purpose of this Addendum #1 is as follows:

  • To provide response to RFIs issued as part of the Pre-Bid RFI questions.
  • To provide clarification for Pre-Bid meeting questions from 04/24/2025.
  • To provide list of drawing and specification changes included as part of Addendum-1 Changes. A change narrative is included as part of this addendum detailing changes in respective drawings and specification for contractor’s tracking for Bid.
  • All other terms and conditions in the IFB remain the same.
