Description:

All bids submitted on September 10, 2025, were rejected. The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, re-invite sealed bids from Contractors to replace existing plumbing piping at multiple buildings at the North Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on October 28, 2025 @ 10:00 AM. Interested Contractors shall meet at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street, Lowell, MA 01854. The last day to submit written questions to the Chief Procurement Officer is November 10, 2025, by 3:00 p.m.

BID EXTENDED - Filed Sub Bids in the categories of Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC are due on November 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
BID EXTENDED - General Contractor Bids are due on November 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
