IED ON CALL - Public Address System Repair Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the "Aviation Authority") will only consider responses from IED authorized repair centers. Contractor shall provide with their submittal a letter from IED stating that Contractor is authorized to work on IED ON CALL equipment. The awarded Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, subcontractors, accessories and all items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing repairs, upgrades, maintenance, modifications, and additions to the existing Innovative Electronic Designs, LLC (“IED”) ON CALL existing Public Address (PA) System at the Orlando International Airport (MCO").

MCO is operated and managed by the Aviation Authority. It is expected that more than fifty-five (55) million domestic and international passengers will travel through MCO during the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

As of September 2024, MCO is served by 38 commercial airlines and seven (7) cargo carriers.

It is important for the Contractor to note that the Airport environment presents the Contractor with a set of unique challenges which are not typical of any other environment.
