IDS Maintenance Services for Fort Hunter Liggett and PRFTA, CA

THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0006 IS TO ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS.

THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0005 IS TO UPDATE THE SET-ASIDE TO UNRESTRICTED, UPDATE THE POP DATES TO START 08/01, AND UPDATE THE PRICE SCHEDULE TO REFLECT THE 12 MONTH BASE YEAR. CLAUSES 52.219-8, 52.219-9, AND 52.219-16 HAVE ALSO BEEN ADDED.

The purpose of amendment four (4) is to update the small business set-aside, update the POP dates and contract effective date to June 15, 2025, and update the price schedule to reflect the 11.5 month base year. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.

The purpose of amendment three (3) is to update FAR Clause 52.212-5 to include 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.

The purpose of amendment two (2) is extend the quote due date. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.

The purpose of amendment one (1) is to answer questions from vendors, update Attachment 5- System Component Equipment Listing and Facility Location, and extended the solicitation close date to Monday May 12, 2025. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.

Maintenance and repair of Commercial Off-The-Shelf Intrusion Detection and Access Control System Components, and Badging systems located at various facilities located at Fort Hunter Liggett and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area. The Period of Performance base period is from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026. Requirement includes three (3) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.
