Double Coated Institutional Protective Fabric for mattress covering. 3 ply vinyl-polyester laminate consisting of 2 layers of clear PVC vinyl with 1 layer of polyester Rochelle Knit scrim between. Defects in rolls will not be accepted. Rolls must be continuous. Roll width: 86 inch, Roll Length minimum 100 yards. Minimum Weight 11oz./Sq. Yd. +/- 0.5 oz. ASTM D3776. Grab Tear strength (lb./inch), 134 (w) x 92 (f) ASTM D5034-09. Trapezoid Tear (lb.), 55 (w) x 22 (f) ASTM D5587-14. Tongue Tear (lb./inch): 11 (w) x 7 (f) ASTM D2261-13. Antibacterial: AATCC-30. 100% Polyester Scrim, 2.5 oz. ROCHELLE KNIT. Coating: Clear PVC that is free of heavy metals. Flame Retardancy, Pass NFPA 702. Product must contain NO arsenic.
