YALE ESC030-40AD, TOYOTA SR1-BET30, or agency approved equivalent electric stand-up forklift with at least 3000 lbs capacity. Approx. measurements: Length(in): 66.3-78.6 Width(in): 41-46 Height(in): 88. The forklift does not have to be the exact measurements but close to them. Please see pictures of examples in the Bid Buy Attachments Tab. The rental must include all items required for the forklift operation, including but not limited to the charger. The vendor will be responsible for the one-time delivery and one-time pickup of the rental to and from Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center. The forklift will stay at the facility for the duration of the contract. Prices must be F.O.B. DESTINATION with all transportation and handling included and paid by the Vendor. Delivery of forklift is to be delivered as soon as possible after being contacted by the facility. Lease shall include service inspection, maintenance, and repair as required. Delivery and pickup must be included in this price. Initial contract will be for a one (1) year lease, unless facility approved otherwise.
