One-time cost to replace existing HVAC unit in one walk-in, industrial cooler. Current unit is an Emerson Climate Technologies Compressor Unit, Model #3RAA-031E-TAD-800, Serial # ET16D64228R. Contractor shall also replace two coil assemblies, McQuay-Perfex, Inc., Model #RGB-270C, Serial #4JJ41660, and all associated equipment. This is a water-cooled compressor assembly, which the facility will replace with a like assembly that is compatible with the existing cooling tower and equipment. New unit shall remain on the existing water-cooled tower. Vendor shall utilize existing power supply and drain line; however, drain will need replaced. Quote shall cover all labor, tools, and materials needed to install the new unit and remove and dispose of old unit, as well as any shipping or delivery charges for new unit.
