Summary

The City of Richmond is soliciting bids to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity on-call contract with an experienced traffic signal contractor to provide construction, materials, and related services for traffic control projects. The purpose of this contract is to support the timely implementation of improvements that enhance system performance, extend the service life of transportation assets, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.



Background

The City's Transportation Engineering Division (TED) has developed these transportation projects in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to improve roadway safety and accessibility for all Richmond roadway users.
