We also have a new submission process. All submission MUST be through eMMA.
You must

the same way you did for your initial master contract award. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
The eMMA file number is #BPM051888 and you all should have received a notice via eMMA if you are still registered however, I have attached a copy of the RFR#142 to this email for your review.
