NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above

referenced project. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any

other items necessary for the completion of this contract.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE

In order to bid on this contract, all prospective bidders must attend the Pre-Bid

Conference to be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the NCDOT

Division 2, Division Conference Room, 2815 Rouse Road EXTENSION, Kinston NC

28504 (Directly across the street from the Kinston Regional Jetport Terminal). See

Proposal for details.

BID OPENING

Sealed bids must be received at the NCDOT Division 2 Project Development Office,

Located at 1037 W.H. Smith Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834, by Wednesday, December

10, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted on the official bid form included in the

contract proposal and shall display the following statement on the front of the bid

envelope:
