IDIQ for Tree Services Throughout the City of North Charleston

Dear Sir or Madam:

Qualification Statements will be received at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 18, 2025, for Tree Services throughout multiple locations in the City of North Charleston.

The attached Agreement is for information purposes and should not be executed or returned with any response to this IDIQ. It is, however, the intended Agreement that will be executed between the City and successful vendor(s).

The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and be the sole judge of the suitability of the concession vendor (s) to provide the required services. It is anticipated that the City will negotiate an Agreement for services with at the minimum three (03) of the most qualified person(s) or firm(s). Please mark your envelope STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS: NC-26-24, to be opened 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 18, 2025.
