IDIQ Commisioning Services

Project Description: The University of Texas at Austin (Owner) is soliciting statements of qualifications (Qualifications) for selection of a Commissioning Services firm for the Office of Planning, Design and Construction(“PDC”) for RFQ No.: RFQ-721-25020 (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this solicitation.
This RFQ is for the selection of a Commissioning Services Contractor. The RFQ provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications. The owner will rank the Qualifications in the order of “most qualified” for the Project based on the published selection criteria and on the ranking evaluations. Owner may request interviews with a short list of Respondents to confirm their Qualifications and answer additional questions.
Based on responses received, multiple Respondents may be selected for award.
