IDIQ ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND SURVEYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Bell County seeks to procure IDIQ ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND SURVEYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES that may be used over a 5-year period for various projects. Selection will result in a pre-qualified list of firms expected to provide comprehensive professional services to Bell County on an as-needed basis over the next five (5) years (unless the Court determines a different term). Bell County is requesting qualifications from experienced firms for new and renovation projects, with a proven track record. At a minimum, Bell County desires firms that demonstrate three (3) years of experience in the government sector for projects below $5 million and five (5) years of experience in the government sector for projects greater than $5 million.
