34 CFR 300.151-153 and 707 KAR 1:340, Section 8 requires the Kentucky Department of Education to, within sixty (60) days, resolve state complaints alleging a local education agency has violated a requirement of Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
The purpose of this RFP is to award multiple contracts to individuals and/or companies to provide the services listed in Section 2.00 Scope of Work. All contract awards will not have a guarantee of work for any vendor awarded from the RFP.
