Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, March 20, 2026 for DPW
Project 21280 Idaho Career Technical Education (IDCTE): Office Remodel, Administration, Boise,
Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The interior remodel for the Division
of Career Technical Education located on the basement floor, of the Len B Jordan Building (LBJ). The project
scope encompasses approximately 1,383 square feet of existing space to be remodeled, providing new
offices and workstations.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Len B Jordan (LBJ) Building, 650 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $120,000.00
