Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson, Suite
1, Pocatello, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 for DPW Project 26228
Idaho Accelerator Center, Replace Roof, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of the existing
membrane roof system.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at the ISU, Idaho Linear Accelerator Center, 1500 Alvin Ricken Dr., Pocatello, Idaho. Bidders
are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
