Description
Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Tree protection, demolition, grading, hardscape construction, site furnishings and amenities installation, lighting, irrigation, landscape, and fencing. The work does not include playground equipment or surfacing.
