Overview
The City of Cheyenne Ice Slicer building's fabric cover and steel truss & column frame is to be removed. Preserve the existing concrete stem walls footings and concrete slab for reuse. A new steel building frame will be installed inside the existing building footprint on new footings, tie beams and pilasters saw cut and anchored to the existing concrete infrastructure. The new frame will consist of Z-girt purlins and covered with an exposed fastener pre-finished siding and roof system.
