Ice Resurfacing Machine

Proposals will be received until 12 o’clock noon on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, 100 S. Market Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, for one new Ice Resurfacing Machine complete for the Hobart Arena, 255 Adams Street, Troy, Ohio, 45373, in accordance with the specifications now on file in the Office of the Director of Public Service & Safety, City Hall, Troy, Ohio, 45373.

A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

1. A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid amount for the projects bid, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, or

2. A certified check, a cashiers’ check, an Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount for the projects bid, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio

The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
