Project Description: The City of Roswell is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from prospective contractors with experience in performing services related to Ice Machine Repair and Maintenance to perform work at City-owned buildings and facilities. After evaluation and award of the contractor(s) the City intends to establish a 3-year term contract with multiple contractors to perform the services mentioned in the scope of services. This procurement does not constitute an offer by the City to enter into an agreement and cannot be accepted by any contractor to form an agreement. This procurement is only an invitation for offers from interested contractors and no offer shall bind the City.
