IB Data Room Air Purification

Based on Data Center Consulting Report performed by SET3, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office (PCSO)'s contractor, air purification equipment is needed for the IT Building to eliminate early failure of IT equipment, due to corrosive elements in the air from the wastewater facility located north of the Jail - 14400 49th St N. Clearwater, FL 34698.

The purpose of the Data Center Consulting Report is to evaluate the progress made since the 2024 environmental analysis of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Data Center. This report provides a detailed review of updated test results, field observations, and laboratory analysis to determine whether previous recommendations were implemented effectively, and to identify continuing or new risks. Despite initial mitigation steps, the data center environment has declined, with silver corrosion escalating from ISA G2 (Moderate) in 2024 to ISA G3 (Harsh) in 2025.
