Statement of Work . The ESC-2 intends to establish contract(s) for the remodel of 15 libraries. All bid information is available on our website at https://goodbuy.esc2.net . Bidders must register on the site in order to view bid documents and place a bid. Bids will only be accepted online. Any questions regarding these bids must be submitted via Goodbuy website by Thursday October 10, 2024, by 10:00 AM CST, answers will be posted by Monday October 14, 2024, 2:00 PM CST. Bidding will close on Monday November 4, 2024, at 10:15 AM CST. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the ESC2 will be required of the successful Bidder(s). Bids will be unsealed in sequential order at ESC 2, 209 N Water Street Corpus Christi TX Room 2-05. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award each bid in the best interest of the ESC-2. The awarded vendors shall be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the services it proposes. The vendors and its distributors must be able to provide service and timely deliveries to all campuses.
