A Pre-bid Conference will be held in person on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (CT).

Location: HAS Infrastructure Division Office (IDO) Building, Auditorium 1
111 Standifer Drive, Humble, TX 77338

There will be two (2) site visits:

The first site visit will be to view the Terminals and will take place immediately after the pre-bid conference.

The second site visit will be to view the Guideway, and will take place the evening of November 3, 2025, at 9:30 P.M., CT. The meeting location will be the lobby at the IDO Building.

The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a contractor to provide remedial rehabilitation to the Skyway Automated People Mover (APM) superstructure and substructure at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

PLEASE NOTE: Bid submissions are no longer received at the Office of the City Secretary. All bids must be submitted electronically no later than 10:00 A.M. (CT) prior to the Bid Due Date via Beacon Bid.
