Basic Contracting Requirements:

Past Performance- Will be rated on a scale of No Confidence, Neutral Confidence, Confidence
Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis.
Price-
The equipment is currently located at Hardline Equipment- 7550 Dahlia St, Commerce City, CO 80022. Awarded vendor will be responsible for retrieving the equipment from that location and transporting it to the location where the work will be done. (The work may be done in the parking lot of the equipment¿s home unit: Dolores Public Lands Center- 29211 Highway 184, Dolores, CO 81323. If work is done at this location, vendor shall provide a containment system sufficient to handle any hydraulic or other fluid spills during the course of the work.) Once work is complete, vendor will be responsible for returning the equipment to the Dolores Public Lands Center- 29211 Highway 184, Dolores, CO 81323. Please account for these circumstances in your proposed price.

Instructions to Offerors:
1. Please email or call with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer.
2. Email the above items to the POC no later than 5pm Mountain Standard on September 16, 2025. Please include ' 140L1725Q0062 ¿ ASV Repair' in the subject line. Include your UEI number on your quote.
3. You may put your prices on the SF-18 form itself.
4. Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability.
5. Your response must address the items under "8. Award Basis" in order to be considered responsive.
